  1. I stopped making important business decisions based on my emotions.

In the past I waited until the absolute last minute to outsource something because I felt like I failed if I couldn’t do everything myself. Instead, I simply look at where is my time best spent and go from there. My clients don’t need me to do everything myself, they want me for my zone of genius. As long as what I offer gets delivered and packaged with the Lauren bow, we’re good on who does some of the tedious tasks.

2. I shifted to an abundance mindset instead of focusing on resource scarcity.

When I started feeling better, more confident in my ability, that’s when I started seeing greater results in my work. I take charge, step into my intuition, and every single time I do, I am rewarded. This is an abundant statement, and I cast fear of financial scarcity aside when I turn down projects that I don’t have the emotional bandwidth for. Something better, more aligned, always comes.

3. I learned boundaries in a big way because I figured out my self-worth.

This keeps me aligned with my purpose, my passion, and allows me to serve more ideal clients. I don’t ever sell myself, by the time someone talks to me, they know my worth and don’t haggle me down. This is because I know my worth…
